RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your ARIELL pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags/liners attached, and original packaging when possible.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, odor, staining, or damage.
How to start a return
Email us at team@arielldesign.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
After your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return shipping address.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return shipping (trackable required)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service and include delivery confirmation. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address. If a return does not show delivery confirmation, we may be unable to process it.
Processing time
Once your return is delivered, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and may take 3–10 business days to appear.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges (size changes)
We offer size exchanges when inventory isavailable. Email team@arielldesign.com and we’ll help you with the fastest option.
If the requested size is out of stock, we can offer a refund once the original item is returned and approved.
Defective items / wrong item received
If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@arielldesign.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
